Throughout my career, development and growth have been my strongest side. In VELUX Nordic, we increased sales by 300 % over a 6-year period and increased the result x 5. The funds were used to create market overview, segmentation of markets and customers, mapping of decision processes, focus on simple effective strategies, concentration of market resources, creative activities and, last not least, clear focus on execution, including development of skills.

Over the past 4 years, in GrowthPartner's own projects and as a supplier to Growth Houses in Capital, Zealand and Central Jutland I have helped many companies to increase growth.   • Develop detailed plan - activities to be done, competences to be strengthened.
  • Execution in 3 different forms adapted to your needs:
  • Model 1: If you are able and have time: DIY model where you develop and implement yourself. The only advice is that we make an agreement on follow-up.
  • Model 2: Selected support. Where my network and I assist in specific areas, but where you yourself manage the project.
  • Model 3: For those who neither have the resources or time. I control the whole project on this model and am responsible for development and implementation with your support.
